Q?
What should I do if I have forgotten my registered e-mail address (the email address you used to create your Langeroo account)?
A.
Please check the email that you received from us when you first created your Langeroo account or check with the person who registered your account. Alternatively, please contact us via a valid email address for your school and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Follow the ‘Contact Us’ links on the www.langeroo.com website for account questions. We will need the name of the person that set up your Langeroo account so please include that in your email.
Q?
How do I create a Langeroo icon for the desktop for easy access?

Right click on the desktop and choose ‘new -> shortcut’. You can then type in a web site address. For English speaking users, this would be: http://playlangeroo.com
Q?
Why/when will I need to logout of my Langeroo account fully (and clear auto login)?
A.
To logout of your Langeroo account, simply click on the ‘clear automatic login’ link. You will need to logout of your Langeroo account fully if you use Langeroo on someone else’s computer. This is important as the computer you use will remember your information and will allow other users of that computer to use your Langeroo account.
Q?
How do I get automatic Login?
A.
Automatic Login means that the computer you are using will remember your username (your email address) and your password, so that every time you use Langeroo you do not need to type in your username and password. To activate ‘Auto Login’ tick the box when signing in. Only one Langeroo account at a time can be on ‘automatic login’ on a computer.
Q?
How do I upgrade my account from a Trial to a full annual subscription?
A.
Login to your Langeroo FREE Trial account using your correct email address and password. Click admin panel and you can buy a period of time for your account.

A.
Click on FREE TRIAL from the menu at the top of the page. Once you have created your Langeroo FREE Trial account, you will receive an email from us with a link to confirm your email address and activate your account (so please check your email address carefully when signing up). Please keep this email for future reference. To login to your Langeroo account for the first time, simply follow the link in the email. Automatic login will store your username and password on the computer. This means that you and your pupils will not have to type in the account’s registered email address and password every time you use Langeroo.
Q?
